Imago Guardianship Services, P.S. is a Certified Professional Guardian in Washington State.

Some incapacitated persons need assistance and cannot make daily decisions. The special needs of these individuals require someone to make decisions on their behalf and in their best interest. Imago Guardianship Services is the substitute decision maker whose task it is to make decisions consistent with what the person would want if the person was able to make the choice. Common decisions include but are not limited to living arrangements, caregiving options, medical treatment, financial management, legal issues and certain decisions about social aspects of life.

At Imago, we advocate for the person and perform the organization, monitoring, and management necessary for the day-to-day living of special needs individuals. Imago completes and submits the required Washington State Court reports, visits the person, attends meetings and reviews care plans. Most importantly, we monitor for the wellbeing of the individual, respond to issues of abuse or neglect and promote the independence and respect of the person.
